Refund policy


Mixes (Food Products):

Because our mixes are food items, we can’t accept returns once they leave our facility.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email sue@loveandcornbread.org within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if applicable.

Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories):

Because our merch is made in small batches and helps fund our community meals, we ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery if there’s any issue with your order.

We’ll gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and unworn (tags attached, original packaging).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • Final sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

We’ll replace or refund your order right away.

Refunds

If a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return or claim has been reviewed and approved.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to update or cancel, email sue@loveandcornbread.org as soon as possible.

We can’t guarantee changes once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked ā€œdeliveredā€ but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
